In 1992 a first generation immigrant decided to realize his dream and started a one man woodworking shop. It was hard work of many endless hours, but determined to make his dream bloom into reality, he kept on going.

As a result, Keywood has become a small business of fine ability and strength providing premium custom architectural woodworking for many of the most prominent high rise muti-residential buildings, restaurants, public institutions and offices in the Washington DC metro area. Having the ability to source any wood products from Europe, Africa, Asia and anywhere worldwide. Material procurement capability paired with fine custom craftsmen possessing vast array of experience and today’s technological equipment means virtually limitless combination to bring the beauty intended in design to life and this capability has lead us to complete single contracts of $2M+ with tight deadlines.
